Third Grade
Dear CHA Families,
Welcome to the wonderful world of Third Grade! Our goal this year is to help your child be an independent and responsible learner, as well as, show them how to make responsible choices. To accomplish this goal, there will be regular homework and we will be making the most of our class time. Our expectations for the students this year will be high, yet attainable. They will need to work hard and do their best.
Third grade is an important time for the academic and social development of your children. We will be spending considerable time this year working to build on reading, writing and math skills. In addition, we will be exploring science and social studies through reading, discussion and experiments.
We want to encourage you to contact us whenever you have any questions or concerns about your student. Also, we check our email throughout the day so please feel free to email us if that is more convenient for you.
