Opportunities
Clerical/Office Assistance
A variety of clerical and office duties
is always available for volunteers and is usually where most assistance is
needed. This may include filing, data input, addressing and/or stuffing
envelopes, or answering the phone. Volunteer opportunities are available at Chapel Hill Academy and in our Development offices.
Organize our Food Pantry and Clothes
Closet
Our clothes closet and food pantry is
on hand to provide emergency assistance to our clients and families. We use
volunteers to help sort through donations and keep the closet and pantry nice
and tidy.
Mentoring and Tutoring
Spend one hour a week helping a student
with their homework or providing that extra one on one attention that every
child needs. Mentors and tutors are needed at Chapel Hill Academy
and at our Alternative Education Program. Classroom assistants are also needed.
Host a Donation Drive
This is a great opportunity for a group
to volunteer and give back to the community. Donations drives can include
canned goods, toiletry items, coats, or books. For additional donation drive

Holiday
Events
Plan a holiday party for a classroom or
organize a group to perform or collect items. During the winter holidays there
are additional volunteer and donation opportunities.
