Parenting with Love and Limits
PLL is a an evidence based skills training curriculum that integrates the best principles of a structural family therapy approach into a comprehensive 6 to 9 week series of educational groups and coaching sessions for both parents and adolescents ages 10-16. The goal is to engage the entire family in the prevention effort. The PLL program is designed to provide parents with specific tools and techniques to re-establish their ability to determine rules and restore nurturance to the parent-child relationship. Funded through a DSHS state grant.
