Mark

Mark lives with his mother and her boyfriend in the Stop Six area of Fort Worth. Prior to being a student in the Behavior Interventionist Consultant (BIC) classroom at William James, he had a history of avoiding assignments and becoming disruptive if he didn’t understand the assignment. Mark also had a history of being verbally and physically aggressive towards staff and peers and would leave the school campus without permission when he became frustrated.

Since his arrival at William James, Mark has joined the football team and this has allowed him an opportunity to build and develop positive relationships. He has learned skills to help him cope with adversity and communicate in an appropriate manner with his peers.

Mark likes to cook and would like to become a professional chef and open a BBQ restaurant.
